chlorella’s been around forever but most people only hear about it when some influencer posts a pic of their green smoothie. honestly? it’s not magic. it’s just algae with a lot of vitamins. but if it helps you drink more water and eat less junk, then cool. i’ve been taking it for 6 months and my digestion’s better, but i also stopped eating donuts. so… maybe it’s not the algae.

you all act like chlorella is some ancient secret the government’s hiding. it’s just algae. algae has been on earth for 3 billion years. if it was so miraculous, why didn’t we evolve to eat it naturally? why do we need to grind it up and put it in pills? it’s not a superfood-it’s a marketing ploy dressed up in green powder. also, did you know spirulina is cheaper and has more protein? but no, let’s all buy the chlorella hype.

you people are so naive. chlorella doesn’t detox you-it’s a trap. the heavy metals it binds? they’re not coming out of your body, they’re just getting stuck in your gut. and then what? you poop them out? no. they’re reabsorbed because your gut’s already fried from all this ‘wellness’ nonsense. i’ve seen people get sick from this stuff. i’ve seen it. and you? you’re just posting smoothie pics like it’s yoga and crystals.
they sell this to people who are scared of their own bodies. you don’t need algae to be healthy. you need sleep. you need to stop drinking soda. you need to stop believing everything you read on Instagram.

ok but what if chlorella is actually a bio weapon? i read this one guy on youtube who said the algae is genetically modified by big pharma to make you dependent on supplements so you never heal naturally. and then they patent the detox process so you gotta keep buying it. i started taking it and my dreams got weird like i was seeing blue lights. i think my brain is being rewired. i’m not crazy. look up the chlorella mind control files. they’re buried but they’re there.
also my cousin in india says the government banned it in 2019 but they just renamed it ‘green energy powder’ and sold it as a ‘dietary support supplement’. why would they do that if it wasn’t dangerous??
